A number of organisations have a responsibility to ensure they are up to date with emergency response laws, to ensure they are meeting their obligations, and to ensure their Emergency Plans are appropriate to their organisation. Often organisations do find that when they are put to the test, their emergency preparedness fails to meet their own expectations and that of the authorities.
