A number of organisations have achieved significant cost benefits through implementing energy efficiency initiatives.
To assist industry, business and councils, the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) together with WSP, have developed this practical program to enable businesses to identify economic opportunities for energy savings and to develop and implement effective energy management systems.
The Workshop will include industry case studies that demonstrate the changes made, the process undertaken, and the strategies implemented within organisations, that show significant cost savings made. This comprehensive Workshop will cover the process for developing an Energy Efficiency Plan and effective strategies for staff engagement.
