under the old NOHSC Approved Criteria (AC) can now be classified as &#8216;hazardous&#8217; according to the GHS criteria under the WHS Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations legislate the use of the GHS system for the classification and labelling of chemicals.\u00a0 The GHS is an internationally recognised system of classification and labelling of chemicals that has been developed by the United Nations (UN) committee to communicate information about hazardous substances and chemicals on safety data sheets and labels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Program<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
