Managing Contaminated Land – Federal, Victoria & NSW laws & best practice options: SEMINAR & WORKSHOP – 31 July 2013

With the release of the new National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Amendment Measure 2013, the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) has designed this Seminar and Workshop for landowners, occupiers, sellers, purchasers, consultants, councils and developers to bring you up to speed with your legal obligations and best practice options for managing contaminated sites. Our Seminar will provide a regulatory and legal update to assist you in understanding your obligations, as well as explore the legal system as it applies to contaminated land management. The Workshop will examine the different assessment options that may be undertaken as part of a due diligence process, including the strengths and weaknesses of each of those processes. The Seminar and Workshop will provide important information to prevent the pitfalls which can often be experienced by those involved in managing contaminated land.
