This Seminar and Workshop will provide details of your obligations that relates to contaminated land management from a land owner, occupier, seller, purchaser, developer, council's perspective and will provide important information to prevent the pitfalls which can often be experienced by those involved in contaminated land management. The Introductory Level workshop will look at new laws for the safe Storage, Handling and Transport of Dangerous Goods in Victoria; discuss the comparison of Dangerous Goods labelling with Globally Harmonised System (GHS) labelling; provide details of the 9 Classes of Dangerous Goods from ADG7; outline the changes to the classifications; chain of responsbility and safety obligations for manufacturers, occupiers, loaders
