CERTIFIED COURSE:   This is certified course will allow participants to transition their ISO 14001 certified system to the updated standard and conduct audits against the ISO 14001:2015 standard.  A Certificate of Achievement  will be issued to all Participants at the conclusion of the Workshop. 

This certified course is aimed at individuals that are responsible for implementing or maintaining an Environmental Management System (EMS) based on ISO 14001.  The course will provide details of the new requirements of ISO 14001:2015 to enable you to evaluate and implement changes and improve your organisation’s EMS.  This course will provide you with the tools to transition to the updated standard. 

As part of this certified course, delegates will be provided with an electronic ISO 14001 Gap Analysis Tool to assist in the planning, management and transition to ISO 14001:2015.  This certified course is based on the International Standard ISO 14001.

Certificate of Achievement issued:

• A Certificate of Achievement will be issued by IEMA to all Participants which allows participants to update their management systems and conduct audits against the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Participants will receive the following:

• At the course:  A spiral bound copy of the Learner Manual, certified and provided by IEMA.
• Post course:  Electronic copy of the ISO 14001:2015  Gap Analysis Tool and a 23 slide presentation for use within your own organisation, also provided by IEMA.

Prerequisites

• Participants must have experience with the current standard – ISO 14001:2004 to undertake this certified course.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the changes to ISO 14001:2015 and their intent;
• Identify and plan actions to enable an organisation to conform to, and so realise the benefits of, the new requirements.

Networking

The Workshop will provide the opportunity to network with presenters and delegates during AEBN’s networking refreshment breaks.
