New laws in Victoria that relate to contaminated land and its management will come into effect on 1 July 2021 and businesses with operations in Victoria must be prepared.  These new laws will significantly impact on how you will be required to manage contaminated land in Victoria.

To assist you and your organisation, the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) together contaminated land management experts – Peter J Ramsay & Assoc. and environmental lawyers – MinterEllison have developed this Interactive Webinar to provide details, from an all-round experts perspective of the new Victorian contaminated land laws and the implications to business; what you need to do to prepare for the changes, industry case studies including the application of innovative approaches using spatial intelligence and risk mapping, and new developments and changes to contaminated land laws from across Australia.
