Site contamination remains a significant legal and commercial issue for landowners, occupiers, developers including those involved in buying, selling and the management of property. With new Victorian Contaminated Land laws including new laws and obligations from across Australia, this has added to the complexity of contaminated land management and you are required to understand your new obligations.

To assist you, the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) together with Australia’s leading contaminated land experts – Auditors – Peter J Ramsay & Assoc, lawyers – Russell Kennedy Lawyers and Guthrie Legal, and site/land reporting and mapping experts – Lotsearch have developed this interactive Webinar to provide details of new contaminated land obligations for Victoria and across Australia, and solutions on best practice options for managing potentially contaminated land in order to remain compliant.

You will hear an all-round perspective by the experts’ and the Regulator to assist you in understanding HOW and WHEN these changes should be implemented.
