A number of significant changes on environmental law from across Australia are scheduled to take effect in 2020. One of the most significant is the new Victorian Environment Protection Act that is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2020, including new Waste and Energy policies from across Australia to name a few. The changes throughout Australia will require businesses to modify the way they manage their organisation’s environmental responsibilities.
